Dedaldev DOO (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Image AI Style mobile and web application (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Interpretation & Definitions
- Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined in Article 4 of the EU GDPR .
- Data Controller is Dedaldev DOO, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (info@imageaistyle.com).
- Other capitalised terms such as Account, Device, Cookies, Usage Data, Service Provider follow the meanings commonly used in GDPR-compliant privacy policies.
3. What We Collect

Usage and diagnostic information is gathered via Google Analytics , Firebase Analytics , UXCam and/or Smartlook .
4. How We Collect Data
- Directly from you (forms, uploads).
- Automatically through SDKs, cookies, and similar technologies. Google explains how partner sites & apps send data to its services .
- Via third-party social log-ins (optional).
You can disable analytics or revoke camera/photo-library permissions at any time in your device settings.
5. Why We Use Your Data
- Provide & operate the Service (image creation, delivery, account management).
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe or similar PCI-DSS-certified processors .
- Improve functionality via aggregated analytics.
- Communicate updates, security notices and promotional offers (you may opt out).
- Legal compliance and fraud prevention.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use session and persistent cookies for core features, preference storage, and performance measurement. You can refuse cookies, but some features may break.
7. Retention & Deletion
Personal Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or to comply with legal obligations. Uploaded images are stored transiently on secure servers and are routinely purged after processing is complete, unless you save them to your gallery. You may request deletion at any time via in-app settings or by e-mail.
8. Transfers
Data may be processed on servers outside your jurisdiction. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards to ensure adequate protection.
9. Sharing
We share data only with trusted Service Providers (analytics, cloud hosting, payment processors) under strict data-processing agreements, or where required by law.
10. Security
We apply industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest; payment flows adhere to PCI-DSS controls . No method is 100 % secure, but we continuously audit and improve our defences.
11. Your GDPR Rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your Personal Data, and object to certain processing. Contact info@imageaistyle.com to exercise these rights; we will respond within 30 days.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly in accordance with COPPA requirements .
13. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date changes accordingly. Material changes will be announced in-app or via e-mail.
