1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using Image AI Style, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service lets you upload images and generate AI-styled versions. It offers (a) weekly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions, and (b) pay-per-image credits.

3. Accounts & Security

You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of any breach.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe or Paddle; their rules also apply .
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refunds follow the policies of the respective store or processor; we cannot override them.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Uploads: You retain ownership of images you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store, and display them solely to provide the Service.
  • Generated Images: Subject to third-party rights in the source upload, we assign to you any rights we may hold in the AI output. We make no guarantees the output is free from third-party claims.
  • Company IP: All other content, code and trademarks are owned by Dedaldev DOO or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Upload content you do not own or lack permission to use.
  2. Submit images that are illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
  3. Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
  4. Bypass payment mechanisms or abuse free trials.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Analytics & Tracking

We use Google Analytics, Firebase, UXCam and/or Smartlook for usage measurement; see Privacy Policy for details .

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, nor that generated images will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dedaldev DOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dedaldev DOO harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, licence rights granted to you cease immediately.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via e-mail or in-app notice.
